The Elizabeth Van Gorkom Genealogical Research Center is the Burnet County repository for local and family history. This new addition to the Herman Brown Free Library houses the genealogy collection once located in the Dobie Room and a growing number of print materials. Explore our resources in a spacious, well-lit work area. Bring your own device and use the library’s WiFi for your research needs, or use one of our two dedicated research computers.
